  1. I think egg whites either boiled or poached or lightly scrambled will be best for you. I have tried them, they are quite satiating. You dont feel hungry for a long time and do not contain much carbs or calories. They are the best provided you are able to eat them daily twice a day.
  2. Dear DeeDee Just bear it for one week, the weight loss will make you smile the way you have never smiled. All the trouble is worth it and more ! believe it.
  3. In India, we do not get such a variety and quality of pure Protein drinks. Here the most of the Protein Drinks contain too much of calories. Which is the best quality protein concentrate in USA (with lowest calories) if I were to get it imported from there ? (there seems to be general consensus on Isopure ?) Grateful for all replies.

  12. Don't worry, the weight you lose in first 15 days i.e. time when you will be on Clear liquids etc, will motivate you so much that all of this will be a breeze. All the best
  13. I loar 15 in 10 days after surgery. After that for 15 days now I am in stall. Deeply depressed. However, I can eat anything and everything. Think I am eating too much. Please help. Has my surgeon left too big a stomach inside me ?
  14. I have heard that soya needs to be boiled and water thrown away before eating to rid it of toxicity. Some molecular changes take place after that to make it edible. Raw soya powder might cause gas and stomach problem.

  18. I want to share a vegetarian recipe. Take some curd + water + cucumber pieces + salt. Puree it. It tastes good.

  20. I have hit a stall since I began pureed foods in 3rd week. Is it normal ? Am I eating too much pureed food.

  23. All the profiles just tell the starting date. Sometimes it is difficult to understand as to how much weight the person has lost since the day of surgery. Why dont you include a column of weight on the date of surgery in your profile ? Kindly explain if I am missing something . Thanks in advance
