Give yourself more time. It's still super early. It took me awhile before I really started losing. It WILL happen.

Yes. My point in saying this was to remind people that we all have different goals. We all start at different places and end at different places. There is no magic number. Mine might be much higher or lower than yours, but it is right and realistic for me. ????

I can eat anything. But, my sleeve always stops me from overdoing it. I am 7 months out.

For me, it's all about moderation. There is nothing I can't have. I just know when I'm done now. food tastes better because now I taste it! Me and my cuz.
