  13. My surgery date was the 7th Nov, so I think we're at about the same stage. I haven't felt anything as overt as you, but it sounds like your just experiencing a bit of grief for your old relationship with food. Eating was obviously a big part of all our lives! This feeling will pass, as you develop a healthy relationship with food and know your new limitations you'll value that food is nurturing you and not abusing you. You have done the right thing.
