  2. Good luck tomorrow. Deano
  3. Aww - it was only hijacked after it was answered :)
  4. You're right. When I was 15 it'd probably be me covered in vomit with missing undies.
  5. Actually. There was this time when I was 15 ..........
  6. LOL - You shocker. I've slayed my share of dragons, but no 15 year olds covered in vomit!!
  7. I'm impressed that I picked up on a 'subtle' hint. I've already pointed it out to my wife .......
  8. She told us. She thought it was pretty funny
  9. Yeah, her underwear was MIA as well .......... Classy.
  10. I remember once on night work we had to transport a 15 year old girl home. She was blind drunk and had thrown up on herself. She was wearing a T Shirt that said "Fruity Lexia makes you Sexier"
  11. Just remember they are little calorific bombs. Healthy but high in cals. I think even with a sleeve we have to be conscious of the amount we eat.
  12. Like John said, everyone seems to have varied advice on this. I got told that on occasion it isn't an issue. But if I have a carbonated drink or a beer to have it out of a glass not a can or a bottle. DISCLAIMER: This is the advice I received and follow. I'm not recommending anyone else follow it. Please don't jump on me, or tell me I'll get a leak
  13. That's awesome. Must be like, umm "spending time" with a new woman Would be a cool experience to share.
  14. I'm 3 months out and like almonds and pistachios. I'll also have 5 or 6 walnuts halves crushed in my hand and sprinkled on natural yoghurt with a little bit of honey. Deano
  15. Occupational hazard - good observation skills
  16. Pretty cool eh? The good thing is, it isn't lying around it's gone for good. Not like the old days when the same 31lbs would sneak back and haunt you!! Good work, Deano
  17. I'm not anti Protein bars by any means. I keep them at work, in my kit bag for work when I'm on the road and at home. I do think that they're relatively high in calories for volume. I think they're great for an emergency, so you don't get caught out without a healthy option to eat. So I have them and try to mix in other protein Snacks during the day. For instance I'll take a boiled egg in its shell to work and have it as an afternoon snack, 70 cals. Tuna in spring Water and crackers. Jerky. There are loads of stuff to mix in with bars. I eat bars, but I don't have them everyday. Plus I'm trying to form up my eating in the future, and I'd rather get a routine with real food happening. My two cents. Cheers, Deano
  18. Wow. You are looking AMAZING I couldn't help but notice - is there a badly positioned tear in the 'before shot' tights?
  19. No regrets. I've said to people before, I'd lost all optimism for losing weight through diet and exercise like I had many times before. I knew it was time. I think you need to get really clear in your mind what it is you are actually anxious about. That way you can think about it rationally, not emotionally, and make a decision. One way or the other. Good luck, Deano
  20. Nice work. It's great to feel back on your game so quickly.
  21. Just keep sipping. You'll be able to eat lamb again before you know it, just without the lemon potatoes!! Deano
  22. Welcome. Congrats on the loss so far. Deano
  23. Is the person who made the comment overweight / obese? Could be jealousy.
