So I am finally able to eat all foods! i wanted to pick up some protein bars to nibble on through out the day. i was hoping for some yummy suggestions that have high protein and low carbs fat & sugar. i love peanut butter flavors usually!

I eat the atkins ones.. they are pretty good.. I can tolerate them very well the chocolate chip ones are delicious.

i stumbled across these and noticed there are 2 different kinds! there was a giant one with 31g of protein and a smaller "soft" one. which ones do you prefer?

Yesterday, my nutritionist recommended Quest Protein bars. I bought them at GNC and love them! I bought chocolate brownie but they have chocolate Peanut Butter, too (and high protein peanut butter cups).

You can get them on the think thin site, or amazon. Plus if you have a whole foods, trader joes or kroger by you, they sell them there.

Just have to say that earlier this morning I emailed Quest and asked them if they had samples. I received a response within an hour or two informing me that they do along with a request for my address. I responded and gave it to them and in less than 30 minutes received a confirmation that my samples had been shipped and will arrive in 3-5 business days. I am very impressed - that is fabulous customer service!

Just for the record, they sent a chocolate brownie bar from their original line and a cinnamon roll bar from their all natural line. Can't wait to try them!
