Which flavors did they send?

I asked if they would send the cinnamon roll and banana nut one. And they said they would complete my "order" so I'm assuming they sent those.

I'm not anti Protein bars by any means. I keep them at work, in my kit bag for work when I'm on the road and at home.

I do think that they're relatively high in calories for volume. I think they're great for an emergency, so you don't get caught out without a healthy option to eat.

So I have them and try to mix in other protein Snacks during the day. For instance I'll take a boiled egg in its shell to work and have it as an afternoon snack, 70 cals. Tuna in spring Water and crackers. Jerky. There are loads of stuff to mix in with bars.

I eat bars, but I don't have them everyday. Plus I'm trying to form up my eating in the future, and I'd rather get a routine with real food happening.

My two cents.

Cheers,

Deano

The Healthsmart Chocolite protein bar is really good for me. They have a number of flavors. The peanut butter one is 100 calories, 9 protein 10 fiber and 4 net carbs. I purchase online at Netrition or BJ Bariatrics.

The curiosity of trying one of these Quest bars was killing me, so I stopped at GNC after work and they were buy 3 get 1 free. I tried the apple pie first and it wasn't bad. By no means did it taste like grandma's apple pie, but it was ok! I would definitely consider trying more flavors.

Think Thin are my favorite protein bars.
