  4. Best- you look great. You inspire me to take better care of myself. One that pissed me off the most. Guy at work lost 140 without surgery. Coworker said he did it the hard way and all i did was close my eyes and wake up with a smaller stomach and shed the weight. All i responded was yep i took the easy way out. Best i didn't say what was really on my mind.
  5. Hello my fellow January sleevers. How is everyone doing? I am down to 260 from my heaviest of 359 and surgery weight of 348. I am down from a size 48-50 jeans to a 40. shirts from 4xl to 2xl and a couple xl depending on how they are made. I am off all my diabetic meds and have reduced one of my BP meds to once a day. Feeling great. Hope everyone is staying on track!!

So it is weight loss from from more than just two weeks. I'm feeling great. Thanks for all the kind words. Everyone keep up the great work.

  27. Only two weeks out. Major change in face. 35 lbs gone. One pic from a year ago and the other from this morning.
  28. Feels great. Wife has lost 41lbs. She is about 2 weeks ahead.
  29. Anyone finds 31lbs lying around tell it to kiss my butt. Lol.
  30. My wife and I both had the sleeve. Our surgeon told us to eat every 3 hours. Consisting of 3small meals and then proper snacks in between.
  31. Day 4 post op. no problems with sips of water, protein shakes or Campbell's chicken noodle soup broth. Also good with Gerber organic applesauce. Incisions hurt like heck and gas pain is killing me. Lol. Other than that all good. 349 at pre-op. 328 this morning.
  32. Rowlett here. Wife sleeved on the 17th and mine was in the 31st. Dr Kennedy and surgery at Baylor of Dallas. Everything great so far except for the has pain. Lol. Best of luck. Keep us posted.
  33. First night home after surgery. Gas pain sucks and can't get comfortable. No pain no gain or should I say no pain no loss. Lol. Have a great weekend everyone.
  34. Surgery day. Waiting to go back.
