  1. Fiddle get off that ****. What are you looking for? I love you man, you know that. But I worry about this obsession of yours for "perfection" This **** is damaging your body.
  2. Oxyelite Pro Side Effects for Both Men and Women The following are the possible side effects anyone using Oxyelite Pro may experience: Caffeine-induced Side Effects. Oxyelite Pro contains caffeine, which speeds up metabolism. However, caffeine can be addictive and can cause several side effects, including: *Nausea *Dizziness *Queasiness *Racing Heart *Hypertension *Restlessness *Insomnia *Nervousness *Irritability *Muscle twitching *Increased urination *Constipation ^Increase in Sweating. As the name implies, thermogenics like Oxyelite Pro promote body heating that results in increased sweating. As your body heats up to burn more calories, the body employs a natural process, sweating, which reduces the body temperature. Of all the Oxyelite Pro side effects, this is the most difficult for some users because it is not only uncomfortable, but can also be publicly embarrassing. Decrease in Appetite. Loss of appetite is an expected goal of the product, but some people may not be happy with this effect. One more undesirable effect is that not only fat is lost, but muscle mass as well. Furthermore, for people who stop using the pill the reverse effects may occur and they may not be able to function without taking it. Heart Problems. ************************************** Oxyelite Pro is a vasoconstrictor, which shrinks the diameter of blood vessels and impedes blood flow. With an increased heart rate, vasoconstriction can increase blood pressure, which can increase one's risk for a heart attack or stroke. When used with exercise, this can be potentially dangerous. ******************************************** Never take Oxyelite Pro with other stimulants or pre-workout drinks used by bodybuilders. Never mix it with drugs containing amphetamines or antidepressants.
  3. Ummm... I'm 47 and I don't think that's too old! I go back and forth about wanting a thigh lift. But age has nothing to do with my indecision...
  4. Oh tortilla chips ARE THE DEVIL! That was my food of choice before surgery, I kid you not I could eat them all day. Plain, with salsa and cheese, made into nachos.... I would fill bowl after bowl of them through out the day... Sadly I still love them and can stuff large amounts.
  5. Cheri! If my doctor had the nerve to day that after all the work I've put in to get to this weight? Oh you'd be reading about me in the morning paper! And oh Cheri how I wish I were 141... Oh and 5'7 Globe, hope the meds kick in soon, giardia sucks! Hello all of my other awesome 5:2 girls! Fast day for me today.. 8. Haha guys I feel almost bad embarrassing her that way, yes she was high as a kite! Ok back to the topic at hand... I told butter today that I couldn't muster up enough passion about being a non believer to actually comment! Believing or not believing is such a non issue in my life... Is that bad? I know, I know, the gates of hell are opening their gaping fire filled jaws for me...
  9. Butter this is apple, my mom "prayed" for her today... Do you think it helped ??
  10. On my! I'm just having fun! Don't hurt me! No really at about a month out some of us experience the "anger" part, of the 5 stages of grief after going through surgery...
  11. I don't know... As to the ops situation, I think it was meant as a compliment? Perhaps the person just didn't have the right words to express the plethora of feelings she might have been feeling right that minute? If I were significantly bigger than a person that just told me they were having weight loss surgery? I might feel... Envy "well you know that's dangerous" or I'm trying the old fashion way" Or embarrassment? "Well you don't look that big" or "I'm trying to eat better and exercise" Then maybe Camaraderie? "Girl I know I've been eating smaller amounts but I'm hungry' Like I said, I don't know. But really we are doing this for us. The best I can say is try not to trip out on others too much.
  12. Ok..what did I do now nursebarbie??

  17. Nicole, I am so sorry for your loss.. He sounds like he was a great man. I know that losing someone that has always been the strong presence in our lives is devastating. My grandparents were my everything. I never thought I would survive the day of losing my Nana & Vovô. We are going to have days like this, and sometimes we will turn to a comfort that's not the best for us (food) you are human and hurting. Forgive your eating the last two days. But know that it was a temporary misstep and it will not fill the hole left. Only time and healing will do that. Try to be ok with your grief, know that it is a healthy thing to feel and you do not need food to dull it. Once again I am so sorry, Laura
