We have 19 people in our group, but we don't have 19 posting.

We need to update whether everyone is actually eating the 5:2 way.

I think I have lost 11 lbs since starting. I have to weigh cause I fasted yesterday and see if I kept it off today.

It would be nice to hear from everyone.

And if someone is not following the 5:2 and not posting we can free up the space for someone new?

I've been following 5:2/ADF since mid-June, no loss yet though.

I'm trying to follow. 15 July start, 3lb loss so far. I don't post in the group as much as others but I am here.

I'm still here...doing 5:2 since mid-June, still in my original bounce range of 70-72kg LOL. Alas, I'm still going!!

I think that's a good idea, I had two new girls join last week they met all the requirements and really wanted in... But noting yet from them? I asked to have new members post in the introductions area to introduce themselves.

Hi, my name is Georgia, and I am a 5:2 enthusiast. On vacay right and I hope I still have 22 pounds lost when I get back ( or I WILL have by the end of the week I get back anyway!). Started 5:2 about June 5th I believe.

Still here too! Still plodding along fasting Mondays and Thursdays! Started June 19th, down about 5 lbs.

Still here, not using 5:2 on vacay, but CANT WAIT to get back to it on the 17th. I am seeing the scale go up and up... am still logging everything on MFP,and eating around 3-500 cals extra a day... so the pounds are prob at least half Water. Going to do lots of hiking in the next three days, so perhaps that will help a bit.

Weight lost before vacay- from June 11th- 11 pounds

I'm here! I've been doing 5:2 since on/around 23 June and am down 7 pounds from that time. At one point, I was down 8 but have been stuck between 7-8 pounds down total for the past three weeks. I have seen lower numbers but keep bouncing back up into this range, which is clearly a happy weight for my stubborn body.

Seven more to go to be at my original goal of 135 pounds (which, sadly, is still top end of the stupid BMI for me...) and hoping I'll make it there by my birthday in November.

And FYE, M2G and Supersweetums all look fabulous in your new photos!
