Hi everyone! I'm 28 and from Florida, and I'm being sleeved on March 8th in Cancun. My insurance doesn't cover VSG so I'm going the self-pay route. I'm feeling a combination of insane nerves and excitement, which I'm sure you can all relate to. It's been so encouraging to see all of your posts sharing your success after having the surgery, and I'm looking forward to being ale to share posts like that too. So I see people having an issue getting in there Protein.. im using Isopure whey Protein powder it has 50mg of protien 1 carb and no sugar it comes in the same flavors as the isopure Liquid Protein drinks. One serving gives you 50mg of protein if any one wants to know.

I'm scared about the hair loss especially because I have thick hair. I'm taking Biotin and using shampoo/conditioner with Biotin in it.

Good luck with your tests, sorry I don't have that issue. I have 1 child and have been trying for number 2 for 2 years. Got sleeved in July 23rd 2012. Hoping to fall pregnant in the new year.
