Is the chicken raw when blend or cooked?

You can do it either way but I do with the chicken raw

This looks yummy! Thanks!

BTW, seeing the words "chicken nuggets" makes me reflect back on how much money I've spent at fast food joints through the years... not a proud accomplishment

The cauliflower i assume should be cooked?

  • Author

I steam mine but I think you do it whatever way you want

Thank you!

I tried this recipe today. The garlic was way too much for me, and my daughter said she could taste the cauliflower too much. I love garlic, but I am very sensitive to it, so next time maybe just a little bit of garlic powder or salt. Don't know what to do about the overpowering cauliflower. Any suggestions about what might be used to substitute? I love the idea of making my own nuggets. This will make a very easy lunch. I got 25 nuggets out of the recipe and MFP came out to 5 nuggets around 200 cal, 10 carbs and 20 proteins. With a little tweaking, I think this will be a keeper. Thanks for the recipe...K
