Why do so many struggle with the band
Cowgirljane how long did it take you to get a handle on portion control? Did you ever have a problem post op? I'm 3 months out and still find myself eating until it hurts!

Urgent care
I think it's already been said, but I'm wondering is you are low on potassium. I hope it all gets figured out! It's weird that your abdomen and calf muscles hurt. Is it any better?

How long did you take pain meds after your surgery?
I probably took them for about a week to help me sleep.

Urgent care
Does it feel like muscle pain? Or internal?

Why do so many struggle with the band
Hit send too early .....it also has a set volume so one learns how much they can eat and its their new normal. No fills or expanding a band.

Why do so many struggle with the band
The band never seemed like a good idea to me. When I was younger, my dad even offered to pay for it and I refused. The sleeve helps with hunger

Bread...?
- Bread...?
- AT&T @ Mi Doctor and Mariott?
The hotel I stayed at had wifi so I kept in contact with everyone via Facebook.- Urgent care
I've never heard of pain from losing weight either, but what do I know? I'm glad you're ok! Let us know what the surgeon says!! XOXO- Urgent care
Awww Fyre! I just saw this now and hope you're alright. Try to stay calm. I'll be praying for you. Let us know what's going on!- Did you keep your surgery a secret?
Way crazy!! Haha. He's going to see your incisions, right? Wow keep us updated!- all you can eat crab legs!
That sounds so delicious!- Cheeseburgers?
Cheeseburgers are good for the soul....- 5 days out and have a small issue
It gets better, I promise! I felt the same way pre op and for the first month post op. Now, it just makes me sick to see all the food on tv. I usually watch tv after dinner when I'm full off of a small amount of food!- No weight loss since surgery
I lost no weight the first week and lost 20 by the end of week 2!- all you can eat crab legs!
Oh man, food funerals. I've never felt more miserable! I wish I hadn't done that either. It's so not worth it!- small nsv to some.... But a big one to me...
That's a huge NSV! I had the same problem pre sleeve. Also, yesterday I noticed I don't have to tilt my booty over to put my seatbelt on anymore! Haha!- nice&lean feta-turkey burgers
I love feta too!- VITAMINS pre op!
If your not used to taking vitamins, I would suggest starting out with a multi so you get used to taking them every day and you'll be healthy for surgery.- Im a newbie
Ohh the fat person image.... I think that is a battle on it's own. I don't see the slimmer me until I see photos or when I'm on one of those surveillance cameras in stores....I'm like, who is that?! My brother lost over 100 pounds and still sees a fat person in the mirror. Bottom line is the surgery is working. It's working great at that. I was 50 pounds exactly heavier than you and only lost five more pounds. Keep up the great work and give yourself some credit!!- Im a newbie
I think you're right on target. What was your starting weight? It's been less than 3 months you're doing great! I've lost 47 and my surgery was 11/3.- Cheeseburgers?
Womp womp- Did you keep your surgery a secret?
Pretty much everyone that I told, told everyone else! That's ok though. Most everyone has seen me struggle with my weight and for the most part were supportive.- super sensitive to smells now...
I was that way too but now at 3 months post op it has subsided. - Bread...?
