  1. I felt a huge amount of guilt for the same reasons. The NEED to get out of this fat suit won though. Your feelings are normal. That being said, I'm a firm believer in following my gut. I never once was worried about complications until after surgery lol. Only you know what's best for you.
  2. Oh and eggs! I have to have one every morning!
  3. U don't really have any staples other than cheese and lunch meat. I love to cook and try new food. Still a foodie. I don't consider myself a low carber either. But asparagus might be tough on your tummy at first.
  4. She talks too damn much! I've done both Shred and ripped in 30. They are both hard but make you strong fast! I've done it at almost 300 pounds and now at 247. I like it because you really get results, I just wish Jillian would shut up sometimes! Haha!
  5. And it really hurts .....for me anyway.
  6. I've lost 48 since 11/3 but still in a size 20 (starting weight 296 now 248). Id much rather be a size 16! Congrats!!!!!
  7. It's all less money than the amount of money spent a restaurants pre sleeve! I think I calculated 300 a month.....on top of groceries every week....it was ridiculous!
  8. Congrats! I can't wait to be in onederland!
  9. Bread really hurts my tummy! I wrap a hamburger patty in lettuce. Lettuce doesn't bother me.
  10. Not really, I did eat a cheeseburger 90/10) and 3 tater tots.....so maybe upping my calories? I added Fiber into my diet as well. But I think my body was just adjusting. I've dieted off and on for 10 years, so I think I really did a number on my metabolism! Also, my husband was off work last night and I definitely burned some calories! haha!
  11. After a horrendous stall, I lost 5 pounds this week! Goodbye 250s forever!
  12. Sooo 300 posts ago.....
  13. I had a cheeseburger tonight too!
  14. Thanks for all of your input! I do drink 5 hour sometimes. I just miss my Rockstar. Every time I want one I will think your comment, Fiddleman! Great info!
  15. Ohhhh right right! It's not a bad craving ......I can live without it!
  16. Just think of how bloated and disgusting you'd feel if you ate that! Stay strong! You got this!
  17. Before and after surgery, I hate when people are concerned about what I'm eating!
  18. Does anyone drink these post op? I used to be a Rockstar a day kinda girl and I am craving one. Just wondering..... I haven't had one in about 4 months!
  19. Everyone is different but for me personally, I'm losing at the same rate I lost on any other diet. The upside is I won't gain it back this time! I didn't lose faster in the soft food stage and I think its unfair for a nutritionist to cause false expectations like that. If you don't lose faster in that stage, don't get discouraged! It will happen! The weight will come off! Good luck!
