My weight will never start with a "3" again!

Someone just gave me some deer and wondering what the fat content of deer is? Is it ok to eat after being sleeved?

I think I'm totally over Vitamin Water Zero. Need to find a new beverage for a while.

Can someone tell if the gastric sleeve surgery will effect my ability to sing??

Just a tought , I was talking to someone about foods and I thought wow I don't eat any white starcstuff any more as my band says no no no , do you still eat white starchy stuff and how much , just a thought , see I ld love to eat the stuff but my band helps me to say no , because if I ate those things it would not be a good feeling and I like feeling good, just a thought.

Another sleepless night, 4 days til surgery and I feel nauseated and tension throughout my body.. any suggestions?

It's been 7.5 months since surgery and I am feeling SO GOOD about this choice. There's 80 pounds less of me, and a whole new girl being unleashed on the world! Size 10, finalizing a divorce and READY FOR MY CLOSEUP!

Major NSV yesterday!! I was able to take off my wedding ring and band that I haven't been able to take off in 7 years. You'd think I would want to keep it off for awhile but I cleaned it and put it right back on.

Feeling like a major failure...was down to 184, not back to 201 according to my surgeons scales. He put me on Phentermine a few months ago to help with my appetite control, but I really don't see where its doing much good as I'm still not losing. With the weather the way it is (Snowed/iced in) I've been unable to get out and walk like I was doing. I'm also unable to join a gym or get a treadmill or any other type of exercise equipment. I go back to my surgeon in April and I fe...

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since surgery. I'm feeling fine physically, but emotionally I've been kinda depressed. Not sure if it's surgery related or just this time of year. Any thoughts??

I have weight myself yet I feel so much lighter. everyone keeps asking and surprises when I tell him I dont weight myself
