I didn't have back problems per say, but I did come home from work almost daily saying it hurt & asking my husband to rub it. Also my feet. Since losing 26.6 lbs (surgery 9/4), I haven't had a sore back or feet! :-) I went to the chiro for mine, but it wasn't anything near what you seem to have.

I don't have any issues with milk. I'm almost 6 weeks post op

I am 5 weeks & I've "only" lost 26.6 lbs! I think it's great! If I lost 26 lbs next month, I'd be 2/3 of the way to my goal! I say pat yourself on the back & keep going!

Mother in law went back 4 days later, I went back a week later, but half days only.

I notice a lot more "bubbles" later in the day, and "hunger" where I don't feel hungry in the beginning of the day. I will try two for now, and see how I feel.

I was on a prescribed PPI, 40 mg once a day, I just ran out & don't have an appointment until the 17th. I had some at home that I bought, but it is 20 mg. should I take it twice a day since I was on the 40 mg before? Thanks!

My dr said at least4 weeks OR when all incisions are healed.

You should be on something like Prevacid for the reflux your tummy can have. My understanding of it is that even though your stomach is 75-85% smaller, for a while it still produces the same amount of acid as it did before, and that is why doctors want you on a daily PPI. If you aren't taking one, you also may feel hungry, from what I understand.

I get it too. Most people can't hear it though.

I am doing good to get 400 as well, but some days if I am really good, I can get 500-600.

Mine was great about that. He adjusted me very carefully, and still does as not to bother my stomach.

That is me too butterthebean! I feel like I must eat every 3 hours or I feel weak. I just make sure it had protein.

Do you eat a day? I've seen people say the eat only 3 meals, but some say they eat 3 meals & 2 snacks. Which do you prefer? I usually eat 3 meals and at least 1 snack, whether that be a protein drink, or a wedge of soft cheese. I am 1 month & 3 days out. Just curious for the sake of being curious!

Luckily for me the NSAIDs thing didn't bother me, as I am allergic to all NSAIDs. I will take an Allegra, it is tiny, so it shouldn't hurt me. Thanks so much! I've sneezed about 50 times in 20 minutes. They are killer today.

Oh this is just seasonal allergies. And they are closed today. Grrrr. :-/
