I was cleared to have yogurt when I came home frm the hospital. Your doctor may hv you waiting for a reason or maybe just his preference.

Something to intake in here is that each doctor has their own preference of wht they want their patient to do & thts the guideline tht shld be followed. Doesnt mean one is right & the other wrong.

Yes plz keep us updated. I knw if its shingles its painful. I had tht in 2004 & a yr later after effects to my left side. (nerve damage)

Its not supposed to heat the house. I live in Wichita Falls, Tx & hate using the oven during the summer, which is another reason I wanted this...healthier & cooler.

Craving something cold n sweet! I came up with this: 4 sugar free popsicles (i used 2 orange/2 cherry) 8-10 frozen strawberrys 1 New Whey strawberry Protein tube (42g protein) Ice (i used abt 1 cup) Blended it all. Very good!
