  2. You can use them for that. You can cook just about anything in them. You can toss some steaks, chicken, ect. Lots of recipes for the crockpot & very sleeve friendly. Ther's a few crockpot recipes in the recipe section. There's one off the top of my head Place chicken breast in crockpot & cover with a jar of salsa. Cook for 4-6 hours depends on the crockpot. You can put just about any saeasoning on it. I find lots of receipes on pinterest crockpot recipes.

  8. Well I havent lost as much weight as you. You are doing GREAT! Sleeved on July 16th & hv lost 43 lbs. & 34.5 inches (I hv not measured since last month). I may be slow on losing actual pounds but its coming off everywhere & inches are falling off. Last Sunday I tried on a size 14 dress & it fit! It was tight in places so I didnt wear but it fit lololol. Thats a huge thing to me! I was wearing a 22-24 pant size!
  9. If anyone dont get approved & self pay is an option. My cousin & I both had surgery in Acuna, Mexico with no complications. Hospital is very very clean (constantly had someone sweeping & mopping) & after crossing the border from Del Rio the hospital is like 2 blocks. My Dr. Name is Dr. Luis Alberto Cruz Gandara ( he went by Dr. Crus). 772-0915. Something to think about.

  11. Here is another recipe INGREDIENTS: - 1 tbs psyllium husk - 1 scoop vanilla Protein powder (met rx is the best!) - 1 whole egg - 1/4-1/3 cup Water (or almond, soy, or regular milk – I used water) DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all in a bowl 2. Spray pan lightly with PAM. Make sure it’s on medium heat. 3. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec) That’s it! Full of protein, Fiber, and overall deliciousness. So far it’s my best version the original Tone it Up protein pancake. Way less carbs! NUTRITION INFO: 195 calories, 6g fat, 8g carbs, 29g protein
  12. Sorry thought I added this. NUTRITION FACTS for the total recipe or 1 serving without topping: 151 cals, 5g fat, 10g carbs, 20g Protein. If anyone has some more recipes on protein pancakes would love for you to share.
  13. Anyone know what you can subsitute Physillium with?
  14. I found another recipe! Cant wait to try it. INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop vanilla flavoured soy Protein powder 1/4 cup egg whites 1 tbs psyllium husk 1 tbs ground flax seedabout (or Chia seeds) 1/4 cup or a little more of unsweetened almond milk DIRECTIONS: Mix all together and grease pan lightly with coconut oil. EVOO is ok too. Make pancakes as you would regular ones! Flip after about 30 sec on medium to low heat. For syrup: SF syrup, SF strawberry jam with a bit of Water and drizzled! You could also use agave nectar, Peanut Butter, or just top with fruit!
  15. Good luck! Hope you're doing great.
