  1. I would say whenever you're able or cleared to eat chicken.
  2. Saved the link! Thank you
  3. Do you mind saying what you eat daily? I track mine on myfitnesspal.
  4. Honestly it depends on what your doctor allows. I was allowed sugar free popsicles and sugar free pudding, yogurt, added it mash potatoes and broth but every doctor is different.
  5. This sound good!
  6. I ate half of the crustless chicken pot tonight. Loved it!
  7. Thanks fir sharing the news. I got me some today. Excited to try them out. I hope they expand to more varieties

    Sounds good.
  11. Yes I was talking about the loose skin surgery. It wasn't very much there.
  12. And actually the loose skin surgery is not that much where I had surgery. My cousin is checking into that
  13. I know they do that there also. I didn't want to go too deep into Mexico and wanted to know people that actually had surgery there so I felt very confident for many reasons. Good luck.
  14. I had test run prior to surgery. Like lab and Xrays. I had the verticle sleeve done and was in the hospital from Monday to Thursday.
  15. I had my surgery done in Acuna Mexico just across the border from Del Rio Texas in July 2012. Awesome doctor and results. My cousin had his surgery first and I had my a few months later. Dr. LUIS Cruz Gandara. Wonderful staff and hospital. Hospital Ejeza. The cost I believe was $7,500. I was in the hospital from Monday to Thursday. I would highly recommend him.
  16. 175.6 I have met my goal this morning!
  17. Thank you. Sounds delicious. I bookmark this.
