Put all in a mason jar, screw on th lid and shake! WAY healthier than any other ranch! Yummy with veggies or on a salad!

THANKS!! Great idea!!!

I've been making this for the last couple of weeks. It's very very good, and a great alternative to any store bought ranch.

Sounds good.

I make this all the time for my salads. Low calorie, high protein. Love it!

Does the sourness of the Greek Yogurt over power the ranch seasoning?

You can definitely taste it, but it's not to over powering.

It's delicious! I am also going to try a Protein spinach dip this week:

Ingredients needed:

1 10 oz container of frozen chopped spinach – defrost and squeeze out all the juice

1-2 5 oz cans of sliced Water chestnuts – dice into small pieces

1 8 oz container of greek yogurt

1 packet ranch dressing

After completing the above tasks, mix well, eat, and enjoy! No baking or cooking needed.

Prep/cook time: 7 min.

This sounds good I love spinach dip wht u gonna use for dipping

I was thinking carrots.....yum!

  • 2 weeks later...

Can't wait to be able to have raw veggies to try this with! Only 2 more weeks! Thanks for the idea!
