  1. This is the feeling I get when I take that one bite too many. Not very comfortable!
  2. I'm four weeks tomorrow and my scale just started moving again! Stalled for two weeks!
  3. My nine day stall began at the end of week two! Just started moving again yesterday. I asked my surgeon about at yesterday's post op visit and he assured me that it is normal.
  4. I had to fill out an intake form my first visit with a list of diets and when I tried them. I really had to "guesstimate". It feels like I was always on some diet or another. I don't think they will deny you based on this, it really isn't something they can prove or disprove.
  5. Applesauce was the first thing I liked too! Mine were off the first week, but I was released to full liquids/mushies from day three. My normal tastes already seem to be coming back. I couldn't stand canned soups, so I had to make my own. I think it will get better.
  6. I was on pain meds the first week. I felt like I could walk around more and breathe more deeply with the meds. I think this is normal. The second week I felt so much better. Today is day 21 for me, week three I feel pretty normal! So hang in there, it does get better!
  7. It is soooo hard for me too!

  9. I also had my toes done. I had nothing on my fingers though. At one point I had an Oxygen sensor on each hand
  10. I'm right there with you guys! Day 18 and I haven't really lost anything in a week!

  12. I'm two weeks out now. I lost about 15 pounds the first week, and only 2 the second. Your body will even itself out I think : )
  13. My surgery was July 27 and I started feeling normal again about two weeks out. The hard part about feeling normal again is you really have to be careful not to overdo things. My husband has to keep reminding me not to lift over 10 pounds, etc...

  15. Thanks for the topic, I'm headed back to work Monday too! Great question! Thanks DEZ for the ideas!
  16. That is awesome! Absolute difference!
  17. Oh yes, I've been dealing with the itchies too!
