  3. That's actually a great idea! As a single mom I bank about 6K back on my taxes... I'm already sleeved, but I could use mine for plastics. Thanks!

  5. I wasn't justifying being a "jerk" as you're justifying your behavior, I was simply pointing out the error in your statement. I apologized, if it wasn't to your liking I really don't give a fat rats a$$. I also don't care if you call me a jerk, because I don't know you and will never meet you so your opinion of me doesn't matter to me. So continue to call childish names all you want, my part of this conversation is over.
  6. *ahem* I did apologize, thank you very much
  7. I apologize if I did, I was just trying to provide some logic and point out a side of your logic that you may not have thought of.
  8. Sooo by your logic, ice cream, beer, wine, other liquors and consumables of similar consistency and lack of nutritional value have no effect on our weight? I'm breakin' out tbe Ben and Jerrys! A slider is something that passes quickly through the stomach (notice I didn't say body) and basically goes straight to the intestine where it passes (slowly) through and is absorbed by the body.
  9. A slider is a food that you can eat with no restriction...
  10. A) Start taking a cranberry supplement. drink a gallon of Water a day, and c) tell your surgeon! They're going to insert a catheter and catheters can cause UTIs, but in your case you already have one so it can spread the UTI to your bladder/kidneys and speaking from experience, don't let it go! I had a UTI about a month ago and I let it go with just AZO and it turned into a HORRIBLE kidney infection - bad enough to the point where I was hyhaving to take percocet for the pain - NOT fun at all!)

  13. Are you viewing from your phone? If so you probably can't see it. I posted the link in my reply to you, were you able to see that? If not you can go to youtube.com/minibabe84
  14. There really isn't a lot you can do to prevent excess skin, but you can try to minimize it by making sure you stay hydrated and using a lotion with Vitamin E and Collagen and Elastin... I do yoga and stretching and resistance training to try and tone the muscle underneath as well, which helps a little, but I'm still pretty young so my skin should bounce back and at least be manageable until I decide to go under the knife again. That won't be for a while though - I want more children and I don't want to ruin my body again after I've already had it fixed. 278#
