Mind If I ask a question? Did you have a regimen to prevent loose skin? Lotions? Exfoliant? Oils? Compression garments?

There really isn't a lot you can do to prevent excess skin, but you can try to minimize it by making sure you stay hydrated and using a lotion with Vitamin E and Collagen and Elastin... I do yoga and stretching and resistance training to try and tone the muscle underneath as well, which helps a little, but I'm still pretty young so my skin should bounce back and at least be manageable until I decide to go under the knife again. That won't be for a while though - I want more children and I don't want to ruin my body again after I've already had it fixed.
