  1. I would sick with it. I promise it will pass. I so understand where you are. I was getting so sad everyday stepping on that scale for weeks. I was positive I had failed at this, but thankfully I couldn't give up. When it broke I was losing 1.5-2 pounds a day. Hang in there don't stress I'm sure it's just your body protesting. You will get through this! *stick with it
  2. I'm seven weeks out and shoot for 700 but it's very rare I make it beyond 500. No way I could do those numbers. I hope this is true.

  7. For those in an early stall hang in there! I gained six pounds and stalled around there weeks out for about a month, very frustrating! But I had no choice but to keep going and I'm so glad because it did break and I was feeling so low like I did all this for a few pounds. Keep the faith and do the right things I promise you aren't the only one. It will work so stay positive!
  8. You can do it! I was stuck between 206/204 for weeks. Then boom down seven pounds. Crazy journey. Best wishes!

  10. Welcome and enjoy the journey. It's for life though I had a hard time being patient with the process and jumping through hoops. So glad I did though and you will be too!
