Hello Y'all! What a beautiful day! I got up early, got my shopping done, did my errands, came home and cleaned house, mopped floors and got some laundry done, then.........................I got in the pool and layed on my raft for a couple of hours with some mighty good tasting drinks! Oh man, it was so relaxing listening to the waterfall and sipping drinks. I got a little bit of a burn too! Sherry - Congrats to you! I am doing the "Happy Dance" for you! Patty - Way to go winning the auction like that! Pictures please! Eileen - Shhhhhhh, I drink beer sometimes too! Just drink slow! Glad you had a good time at the concert! Becky - I haven't decided if I am going to get a coat now or later! I need one, but hope to lose a little more if I get myself back on track. Congrats on joining the gym! You go girl! Teresa, my heart goes out to you. I knew person up North that was in a lot of pain with her back, and all the doctors told her they couldn't do anything for her she would have to live with it. Her son took her to Mayo Clinic, and they fixed her up and she is like a new person. I don't know what they did, but it is always worth a second opinion when something like that is involved. Good Luck and keep us posted.

I lost my Mom too, and there's not a day that doesn't go by that I don't miss her. My Mother was not only my Mom, she was also my best friend.

It's only normal to be scared, worried, and excited. Just try to keep busy, it will be over and you will be in bandland before you know it. Good luck, and let us know how you are when you can.

Wow, that is a lot of work, I enjoy the after of the whole thing, but always dread the before and doing part, and I enjoy painting too. :) Eileen - Did you get all your cooking done? Good Morning! I am in the middle of cooking and cleaning, just took a 5 minute break! I want to get it all done early so I can sit down and watch the Mav's game this afternoon and not work all day long! My supper is part done, going to get the rest at least to the point that I can just turn the burner on! It was a great time at the Harley show, it was in Corith and it is about an hours drive for us. We almost didn't go because of the weather, but at the last minute decided to go. (I am glad we did-tee hee) You always meet some nice people at the Harley things and yesterday was no exception. We met and talked with a couple from Plano that was really nice. On our way home, about half way, it started to pour. We were up on the highway, so we pulled off and took cover for a while, but some a$$hole pulled past me and showered me from head to toe with a big puddle. I even had Water in my boots (which I just had shined at the show). Anyway, it eased up some and we took off and made it home. They took some pictures at Harley, so when we go back I will see if I can get some. On the way over there I told DH I forgot the camera, and he said too late, we can't go back now. We went to the party afterwards, and had a great time. Lots of good food and drinks. I ate my first sandwich type thing since I was banded and it tasted soooooo goooood. I might be in trouble now that I did that! :help: Well, DH just came in and said he was starving so I guess I best get him some food before he melts away!:mad: I'll be back later and do some personals.
