It stormed here too, then got down to 62 degrees! Our electric was out all night long, and then my internet was down till just a few minutes ago. I don't mind it when the electric is out while I am sleeping, but come on, it's hard to deal without LBT for a whole 6 hours! It is still very cool and I love the break! It is going to start warming back up tomorrow. I am taking advantage of the cool and making a big pot of veggie soup!

I just got home from shopping and the temp on the bank said 107 degrees! The humidity is really bad too! We are supposed to get a cold front moving in tonight, I think I am looking forward to a little cooler weather!

Please know that we are all here for you if you need to talk. You are going through a very difficult time right now, but as everyone already said, it will get easier. When you go through a divorce/breakup you have to greive just like the person actually died. Once you get through that part, things will look better for you. Thanks Y'all! I had a great day! DH and I went for a long ride on the harleys, then all of my neighbors came over and we had a big BBQ. I had loads of fun, drank a few too many drinks, but really had a great day!

I had a pm from Paula, she was headed to a safer place, a friends house about 30 miles from her house. I told her she could come here if she wanted to. Nance is at her brothers, it took her about 18 hours to get there, but she is safe. Marie is in Loftin, I think the storm is headed that way! I haven't heard about Ginny. I filled up with gas yesterday, I also went to the store. I must say that people had big carts and flatbeds full of Water. They were buying blankets/sheets/pillows too, along with lots of batteries. I know they are saying some gas stations are closing for lack of gas.
