Ok, I will be getting my band 24 hours from now! I'm so scared! I've never had surgery before! Only a twilight sleep - never had a general. I'm going to try to be calm today. Pray for me! I'll write as soon as I feel up to it!

I've had tons of surgery. It's my hobby. Not by choice, but the Band was one of the easier ones. Just take it really easy and let the whole kaboodle heal really well before doing cartwheels. See you on the banded side.
