Yeah - now we will all be able to practice some Kama sutra weird stuff lol Well damn.. I was just about to change my signature... and add to my motivators "to add 13" to my willy" lol... My wife was a bit scared, she said "uh, hell no. That just won't work.." lol

Oh and full orange juice is far better a choice than friggin Cookies or ice cream.

If you're a medical student, why didn't you learn more about the operation? 40 days out is less than 7 weeks. Your stomach isn't even fully healed yet and you're shoving chips and snacks and burgers down it? You of all people should know, nothing happens overnight. If you think the surgery is stupid, perhaps you should have done more research before having the surgery.

If its a time release, it will lose its intended effect. If you need to cut a pill in half, ask your doctor to switch you to a non-time release version of the pill.

I'm sittin here right now at the salon. I thought I lost enough hair to make wigs for a village of bald pygmys. My stylist says "man you have a lot of hair! " and he saw me before too.

I think it's a bad idea to ever sabotage yourself to get what you want. That being said, drink the Water before, leave your shooed on, pockets full of change, etc. the metformin IS enough for BCBS in most cases. I know several people approved as pre-diabetic.

Don't wait for the willpower to kick in- this is your life we are talking about, not just being unhealthy and miserable. You actually CAN kill yourself by doing things like this. If you rupture your suture line, that's going to be hell. Think of yourself and your family.
