    I am just a little confused I was banded 8/27/13 I did very well but in the last 3 mos I gain 22 pounds now I am back on track I started out 300 plus as of Now I am 216 I want to get to 180 how many calories and carbs I should be taking in A day thank u all

      A good start is 1200 calories. Aim for losing 1-2 pounds a week. Cut out white sugar and flour, and make sure you get 60-70 grams of protein.

    Well I am 64 and I was banded Aug. 27 2013 and I feel so much better .I started out my process May 2 at 296 day of surgery I was 260 now I don't know because I am waiting for my post surgery check on the 11th.. Sucess is what we want In all my years I don't think I have ever heard anyone say I don't want to be successful CLG you can do this all of us can and we will. LOVE YA my senior banders
