******** got a reaction from MizzouGirl in 1 week out down 20lbs!
Haven't had a real weigh in at the drs but I weighed myself for the first time today on my fairly accurate scale....268lbs before surgery 248lbs today! 3 BMI points!
I know not to expect this every week but its still very exciting.

******** got a reaction from NiqueJ in Sex after Sleeve
I replied on this thread before surgery but just wanted to respond now based on my experience. I did not lose my sex drive at all... been up in about since 3 days post op, driving and back to work at 5 and back to the gym at a week so I figured sex would be fine last night (it was mainly my fiance who wanted to wait to make sure i was okay)...it was...and it was pretty rough. I am 10 days post op and have no pain.

******** got a reaction from Brenda0928 in This May Be Inappropriate, Forgive Me :)
I know I am late but I am guessing since there will be less cushion for the pushin then everything will be deeper...I am worried about this because currently my fiance and I are trying positions so it doesnt feel so deep (he has a big johnson and I was told by my gyno I have a short who-ha lol)

******** got a reaction from Healthier2day1227 in Crystal light
I can't drink anything but Water and tea...everything else is way too sweet... and I used to have such a sweet tooth

******** got a reaction from WillInAtlanta in What protein shake Ur taking? Any good ones
Dont buy a lot because even though you love something now, your tastes may change temporarily after surgery. All my Protein shakes taste so sweet I plug my nose while drinking them and I used to love sweets.

******** got a reaction from Nesa in Didn't realize that I had lost so much hope
I started getting overweight during puberty then obese and finally morbidly obese...because of this I dont have any adult skinny clothes (I'm 23). Can't wait to be able to shop

******** got a reaction from navyma in do you wear anything on the surgery table
My fiance says they cover everything else with blankets...he said they dont want any distractions...I guess that was a compliment saying my body would be a distraction haha

******** got a reaction from TES in dog owners-easy walk harness
Thanks guys ill ask tomorrow since the office is closed today...its not that important that I have to contact the on call doctor. I already walk about an hour per day (papers say to do at least a half an hour)...I may try later when my fiance gets home from work with him next to me in case he gets too much I can just drop the leash. I feel bad because we live in a condo and I'm used to taking him on jogs and to the dog park daily and my fiance has become somewhat of a single father lol

******** got a reaction from Vixynne in So the nerves are hitting me now
Thanks everyone! I am now on day 3 post op and feeling a LOT better than yesterday. I already have a NSV: I slept on the couch instead of the recliner! Tonight I will try sleeping in our bed. I did take pain meds since coming home but for me it is to curb the gas pains and help me sleep.< /p>

******** got a reaction from lorry66 in No longer invisible, and that's what I wanted, I thought ...
You guys must be hanging out in the wrong places..who said bigger women dont get hit on?...I'm pre surgery and get more attention than my stick thin friends...honestly I wouldn't want attention from men who wouldn't give me attention now. You can't love me at my worst you sure as hell can't at my best...not that I think big is worst looks wise, just health wise. I think confidence is more where your getting attention from, you feel confident with your new body.
