  12. I think I'm a slow loser too. One of the hardest things to do is stop comparing your progress to someone else's. Trust me! We are all different and some will simply lose faster than others. Next, are you tracking your calories? I use MyFitnessPal to track everything and it keeps me in check. I do think exercise is very important and my doctor suggests doing something for at least 30 minutes every day. Also, take your measurements on a regular basis. You are probably losing inches and not even realize it. Take pictures too. They are a great reminder of how far you've come. Last, don't give up. You got this!
  13. The only way I can figure is to not add your exercise. That's what I do.
  14. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

  17. No cooking for me this year so that will help with the grazing that used to happen all day. I am spending Thanksgiving with my best friend and her family and I plan on having a little bit of everything I normally would (minus the bread) and just enjoy the day. I'm also going to attempt a "Turkey Trot Virtual 5k" and time myself for the first time ever. Hopefully it will be more running than walking! Hope you all have a wonderful holiday!
  18. Almost 50....a small bale of hay
