    Brag girl.
  3. I am an optimist. One thing I would like to share with you is an article I read awhile back. When people are going through dementia or Alzheimer reading is one of the last things to go. When your momma asks 15 times on the way to doctor where you are taking her or where she is? Try righting it on a piece of paper. Maybe keep a little notebook in her pocketbook she can take out and read. I don't know if this will help but thought I would try. Good luck to you and her.
  4. Lady I am so happy for you. I remember when I first started following your posts how down and unsure of your decision you were. So glad for your success. WE GOT THIS!!!!!!
  5. Very low in calories and no fat. I keep a bowl in my fridge at all times. I also put in bell pepper.

If the cold is just coming on I highly suggest Cold-eze they do really help shorten the cold and lessen the severity.
  7. I keep a bowl of cucumber, peppers, and onions in vinegar in my fridge at all times. Then when I can't fight the beast that is head hunger it is something very low in calories. It usually does the trick for me.
  8. You go girl!!!! We can do this.
  9. The first thing I learned from this site was, "Listen to your Dr", and that I will do.
