Help me please! I'm losing my hair
I definitely experienced hair loss. I think making sure you get your protein in is important. 11 months out my hair is growing. I slacked off on my protein for a we while now trying to get back to basics. I do wear wigs even before though. Good luck

Sore Throat Pre-op
I think you should be ok . Its good that you're getting a jump on it and gettng it taken care of. And rember to hydrate yourself. I would just give it a several days and see if it turns around and follow up you should be fine. good luck

Caught the flu
I feel for you and I will pray for you. But do try to get your Fluids down even small cups at a time. And contact your doctor as soon as possible you may need an IV if you get too dehydrated. But I understand how you feel because since I had the sleeve I've easily caught a few viruses that I usually wouldn't get so, I hope you feel better soon.

fast food!
Ready to go protein shakes are good. High protein yogurt. It depends on how far you are out as well. I eat far less fast food than before the sleeve.

How many sizes have you dropped?!?
This is a good thread. I started at a size 22/24 and now i am in a size 8 stretch pants about an 8/10 top. Congrats all

Coffee
i agree Please ask your Nut there recommendation about coffee, because each physician has a different recommendation. I couldn't tolerate coffee too soon. But i certainly do have a cup every day now. However, i do not tolerate or take carbonated beverages. Tried one sip or two and instantly have problems. I don't even crave the soda/pop any more. Never could imagine that i would so easily give up Pepsi my old favorite. Good Luck

Difference b/w men and women
Yea, i when through a protocol set by my Nut for the sleeve surgery. where my diet advanced as my stomach healed. They gave me medicine cups to drink out of. So i m not going to assume what you mean by this with out details. Because even Water felt like a burger to me in the beginning lol.
