What are some good healthy fast food ideas for people on the go and can prepare there meals?

yea its only 11 oz of shake so my stomach handles it well and i have my stomach timed perfectly so i know when to introduce more fluid.

i have absolutly no regrets I love my sleeve....i will be on my 3 months on the of feb. and im 100 lbs down.....im a diesel mechanic and my job is so easy i can move around much better.even tho i have to get some new uniforms every month lol...sex life is awesome trying out some new moves LOL but over all im extremely happy

no i dont wait at all my protien shake run right trough me like water i drink premier protein and eas myoplex....the EAS is a little thicker but i normally be done with it about 7 mins the premier only taks 3mins to drink I love my sleeve lol

I don't have that problem...make sure u take ur fiber supplement and drink plenty of water

What are some good methods to maintain a good pace while eating....I know there's a app called eat slower but that gets boring Any other ideas?

NothingUpMySleeve it is total not un common to start in a stall......how much did you lose before the surgery? and its ok to be frustrated because i know i would be 2.....but dont give up it will be worth it in the long run once you hit ur goal weight....and remember any pounds lost is better than pounds gained so smile
