Yes. Both me and my husband. His is low blood pressure as he checks it regularly. He got up from a nap recently, felt dizzy, still got in the shower. Result? Passed out cold, cracked six tiles, blackened his cheek, scraped his arm all the way down with bleeding. Buy a cuff, they are easy to learn. Came to and checked his blood pressure, it was really low. BTW he is still on 2 BP meds (off 1). Take it easy!

Lightheadedness could be dehydration in which case push fluids. And or like Linda said low blood pressure with or without medication. follow up with your physician.

Good luck

Are you getting in enough fluids? I know that dehydration can be the cause. Were you on BP meds prior to your surgery?

Congrats on your sleeve! I'm envious!

Up your water, up your protein, take your vitamins and dare I say it.. have a few carbs. The moment I did that, it improved greatly.

My surgery was on 1/23/14 just 3 weeks ago and wanted to know does anyone get light headed or dizzy when going from a sitting position to standing.

How are you feeling now?

It comes and gos but over all I feel great. Haven't felt this good in a long time.

Good! Wish u the best!
