It all depends on the doctor and your weight. Some require a pre surgery diet, my doctor did not require me to do one.

Just got back from vacation 2 days and compared pic from last vacation just 7 months ago. I could not believe it. The one on the right was cancun last Dec. The left is cabo San Lucas 2 days ago.

Protein is the key to feeling full much faster and staying full much longer.

The hunger never completely goes away but it is satisfied very easy with very little food.

I also had surgery by doctor Williams at johns creek just 3 months ago. Very good doctor but not much of a talker but he is good. The hospital is very nice as well with amazing staff. Good luck

I have UHC also and i went to Emory johns creek (very nice). Dr. Michael Williams (very satisfied with his work). No complications no issues and down 41 pounds ( surgery on 1/23/14)

It comes and gos but over all I feel great. Haven't felt this good in a long time.

Sleeved on 1/23/14 and I have been feeling that same pain fingered out I was eating to fast .

My surgery was on 1/23/14 just 3 weeks ago and wanted to know does anyone get light headed or dizzy when going from a sitting position to standing.

I return on 2/18/14. Had almost a month off.

Day of surgery I was 305 today 275. 1st two weeks on liquids now on soft foods. Had surgery on 1/23/14

The best protein is the powder form because you can mix it with what ever u like and u get more grams of protein per serving.

I use apple juice light mixed with half water

1st day off soft foods. Don't know what to eat.
