You are doing great! I am 9 weeks out and down 39lbs. I also workout everyday. Try to enjoy the journey. And on the plus side a "slower" loss is easier on your skin

You shouldn't compare yourself to others because everyone's journey is different. Don't be depressed, live up to your name Happy Rhonda! You are making phenomenal progress!

You are doing great. I am 8 weeks and 3 days and I am down 55 pounds. But I have had defeniciencies that have caused me problems. I have a major B1 defeniciency and I can't stand for long, week all the time, vision is getting worst. I fall easy. Alot of other issues with this. Still I can't exercise yet. I am going to try an ab lounger this week in my house but I can't go in the neighborhood and walk because I could fall and I probably wouldnt make it even a 1/4 of a mile.

You've lost an average of 7 lbs a WEEK and you don't know if that's good?? It's GREAT! And since you're working out that much, you're probably adding muscle, which weighs more than fat per cubic inch, so that makes your weight loss numbers even more impressive. Good job!

We all lose differently. I am 7 weeks out and down 27lbs. Focus on water and protein.

Hi I'm 11 months out and 97lbs pounds down this is to say you are far ahead of the curve if keep loosing at that rate. By the time you get far out you will surpass most. So don't compare be happy.

Keep up the Fantastic work.

I love my sleeve

Wtf?

I lost 160#, did not happen overnight. Speed of loss is not the key, maintenance IS!
