  1. Sorry for teasing you, Doll. This one's for you: When I look at my Rabbit Pearl, I see a pink toy with beads, some controls, and a cute bunny tickler. When my sister looks at it she sees a pink toy with beads, some controls, and a cute bunny tickler. If I posted a picture here you'd all see the same exact pink toy with the same beads and the same cute bunny. According to my training, both Glamour and Cosmo rated my Rabbit as the Number One female adult toy, which means that not only do we all see the same object, but we all feel the same object in the same amazing way. Meanwhile, no two people alike see God in the same form. My toys are real and tangible as are my orgasms, which is why I believe in them with passion. God, however, is a complete myth. God is not real, we don't see him or hear him, we just "believe" he or she is there. I refuse to spend my current life worried about an afterlife that may or may not exist. We are only guaranteed one life. There's no guarantee that God will be waiting on the other side for you, but I have a written warranty that you'll have a Rabbit for life. I'm a realist. I believe in what I can see, hear, smell, analyze and conclude. I believe that beliefs can be real, but beliefs can also be very unreal. I believed really hard that my Band would have me wearing size 14 today. I believed in the Tooth Fairy, too. Then reality set in. I don't personally know George Bush, but I have to respect the guy for running the country when I was too lazy to run for presidency. I can't stand that people hate him. I'm mad at him, but I can't hate him. Not sure how that tied in, but had to say it. And if this ended up on tonight's news I'd die a happy woman.
  2. Uh, Dylan'smom (Kelly) sells Snickerdoodle Cookie mix that she hasn't baked for us. Does anyone else see a problem with this? I know what she's bringing if she can make it to next year's Vegas Blast. Gee, maybe I'll try this delicious Water - blah.
  3. Kelly, you're the hippest religous broad I know! I bet I'd even like your church. Yep, I do go from time to time.
  4. High five, from my bedroom to your bible!
  5. Psyche! I just want to see how many people click on an X-rated topic that claim they are offended by hot n' spicy posts. I'm ticked off after reading some Private Messages and E-mails with people reminding me to act like a lady and leave my sex topics in the bedroom. Funny, I bet you people are reading this right now. I don't smoke pot, but I'd personally rather see bong and marijuana leaf avatars than crosses, loaves and fishes. I don't think LBT is a place for religion or politics because those subjects are simply too controversial. But that's just my opinion. For me, Jesus and praying is as personal as masturbation. I'm not saying I don't believe in my own brand of faith, but frankly, many people are offended by Jesus talk. And if you think that my mentioning Jesus and masturbation in the same sentence is blasphemous, then I guess Jesus really isn't the creator of all, considering he created the vibrator according to the bible. (Side note to Jesus, thank you very, very much for my nipples, clitoris and G-spot.) Anyone that has a problem with offensive posts needs to put things in perspective before complaining about them. It's all relative. Maybe you don't like to read about sex, but others don't want to read prayers or political expressions. If you don't like a topic, click the "back" button and go to another thread. I don't think this is a place for kids, so keep kids out (again, just my opinion.) Please don't read between the lines and start a war. I'm not asking moderators to censor religion or politics, I'm just pointing out some very grown-up sensibility. Let's work on it. Fair is fair. Practice what you preach, yada yada. I'll stop bringing sexuality to the boards if you stop bringing kids, religion and politics here. How's that for a bargain? P.S. F.I.J., this has nothing to do with you, it's just a coincidental timing thing. Me & you are good Don't e-mail me or PM me to hide, either. Say it loud, say it clear, say it here.
  6. Tick tock... I made some avatars last night but I don't see you ladies yet. Where are you?
  7. The other board is Venting Bandsters, which was started because they (we) can speak our piece without censorship or offending other readers, so consider yourself warned against anything offensive you might see there. Here's a link to another response. http://webmailb.juno.com/webmail/8?folder=Inbox&msgNum=00000S00&block=1&count=1126801071 For everyone else, I know how people love controversy, so if I see one single person jump to Venting Bandsters that has problems with certain subjects they see here, just know I'm watching you. If you don't like it, don't read it!
  8. Matt, my personal doc cried when I asked for a Gastric Bypass referral. That's when I started finding out about the band. She had never heard of it, so I've gotten her up to date. She's thrilled now because my blood pressure is normal and I'm no longer borderline diabetes. It's all a matter of personal opinion.
  9. The name game: I put a sticker on your back of a famous name (could be a cartoon, an actor, the Pillsbury Dough Boy, any famous name.) We sit in a circle, and each person gets to ask one "yes or no" question. Then you guess who you are: 1. Am I a man? 2. Am I an Actor? 3. Am I dead? I tried it with an attorney at work and gave him the easiest - John Wayne. Took him 17 questions. Vines answered Cleopatra in 3 questions. She's brilliant!
  10. Awe, I adore Forrest! I just watched him the other day, and we ate at Bubba Gump's when we were in New Orleans a couple weeks ago. And that's all I got to say about that!

Okay, I won't mention any names, but this is a very interesting thread. It lead to conversations about porn movies starring "little people." Not quite sure what to do with this info yet, but I'm workin' on it!
  12. Yeah! I'm sitting here clapping my hands and singing marching songs in my head! You are all so cute
  13. Here's a related post that I'm borrowing from another board. The woman asked if anyone else experiences horrible heartburn. Here's a guy's response that sounded like he has a slippage based on the "mushroom" description. His doc is giving him 2-3 weeks to heal after unfilling him: hi, i had very bad reflux to the point i was barfing almost every night, i went to my band doc and swallowed barium. what happened is that my stomach overlapped my band causing a mushroom effect over the band. he released some of the Fluid from the band and said we will see if the stomach goes back in the band 2-3 weeks from now. if not he said they could re-insert the stomach laparoscopically. the problem is that i have gained 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks. have you had a barium swallow to see if this happened to you?
  14. Travel safe. Bye!
  15. I have no idea how you made it so far without us, but I'm glad you finally made it home.

  17. Patty, just post a picture, any size. One of us will shrink it. Or e-mail one of us a pic. I volunteer Penni or Kelly unless you want to wait for me to get home tonight. I can do it now from my home puter! lisabones@cox.net
  18. Matt, an avatar is the cute pic you see of our darling faces. Go to USER CD at the top left, then click on "change avatar." You'll have an option to browse your computer for a picture. But you have to shrink it first to smaller than 50x50 pixels. Those that know me are cracking up now because I act like I know what I'm talking about.
  19. Blah blah blah, I know this isn't going to fly, but I want to see avatars on every single member, STAT. I realize they aren't mandatory, but they sure are fun. If anyone wants help shrinking a picture, lots of people here will help. I even learned how to shrink one, so post up!
  20. Vine, I can't PM you because your PM box is full. This is a friendly reminder for everyone to clean out your PM box or messages will get rejected. I've been rejected by Vines!
  21. Matt, throwing up is much different than a PB. A PB happens before the food gets to the stomach (it gets trapped above the pouch and comes back up with slime.) Too much PBing does cause stress and should be avoided, but vomitting is much worse. Throwing up happens after the food has passed through the band and is sitting inside your pouch. If you get sick and throw up, the food has to pass upward passed the band, through the tiny opening. I hope I'm right about this because no doctor ever explained it that way, it's just coming from personal experience. Many bandsters ask for a prescription of a suppository that you can use if the stomach flu hits you. I'm not sure what it is, but I think I've seen this topic. Try doing a search. Good luck, now post your avatar so we can really talk!
  22. If you can't afford a second surgery, you might want think about this some more before leaving for Mexico. It's a gamble no matter what doctor or country you chose. Yes, I went to Mexico, but who's to blame for my infection? The fact is, a percentage of us will have complications that cost us extra money. I certainly didn't expect it, and the complications financially devastated me (I'm working 2 jobs now pulling myself out of the mess.) I'm not the only one that had to go back to Mexico. You might have to rush back for an emergency unfill, or a port revision. If you live close to TJ, you have a great advantage. In the US, fees are fees. In Mexico, the doctors might "work with you" in special financial situations. You might have to stay an extra night or miss a flight. Be prepared for anything. Call your doc and discuss these concerns. Don't let me scare you because lots of people fly through this with no complications. Keep reading. Making an informed decision is the safest and smartest thing you can do.
  23. Matt, my original port never healed from surgery and became badly infected, so I had a second surgery to remove it. Eight months later the port was replaced, but the doctor should never have put a new port through the old wound, because there were trace bacteria deposits that infected the new port. So I had another surgery to remove the 2nd port. Now I'm portless and trying to just through the year before even thinking about another surgery.
  24. Is it me, or did it get warm in here?
