  9. Hi I posted about hiccups yesterday also. The responses I received all related it to being a reaction to the pouch being full from drinking too fast. Good luck. I definitely will be mentioning it to my doc when I see her on the 3rd.

  12. Someone told me hiccups may be band related, but what is the deal? I get them daily. I was only banded on the 17th so still on post op diet. Thanks for any 411.

  15. I was 7lbs heavier after surgery than I was the morning of surgery. It was all the air they put inside me and took several days to exit. Drink water or flavored water. It flushes salts and fills you up. It won't fill your pouch because it goes through. Hang in there!!!
  16. My doc said we could use carnation breakfast drinks. No protein gritty taste.
  17. Welcome Beffy! I was banded on the 17th. Haven't had nightmares about food hurting but while I'm awake a worry about getting filled and the stucks people talk about. The unknown can be scary. But we can do it!!!!!
