  1. I felt like I was stalling a little and I added a Protein shake to my morning. I have that at 7am and now have my greek yogurt at 9am. Seems to have helped! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
  2. When I have a sweet craving, I have a Calcium chew. You can order them from Amazon or get them from any drugstore. One small chew in caramel is enough for me and is low in calories. Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

  5. I am four and a half months out and the pre-op diet was by far he hardest part of my journey so far. While I did lose 15 pounds, I was so emotional. I admit that I slept a lot during those two weeks. When I was awake, I scoured the Internet for recipes that I could make after I have the surgery. Somehow I felt better and more prepared. I made lists and gathered recipes for the different stages. We all know how difficult it is but somehow we made it through it. You can too!! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
  6. Checking in at 186.8. Loss of 1.6 pounds. And only a half of pound away from loosing 55 pounds total! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
  7. Have you tried adding powdered Protein to your food? Might keep you fuller longer. For breakfast or lunch, a lot of times I have a Greek yogurt, some Special K protein Cereal, a scoop of unflavored protein, and a splash of almond milk to thin it out. I was banded on November 6th and have been lucky to not need a full yet. I focus on protein first and drink lots of fluids. I think it would be better if you ate a few smaller meals than eating three cups in one sitting. They also make mini Protein Bars that might help. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
