Mushies/soft food phase

Hey everyone. Ill be starting Mushies and soft foods in 2 weeks and I wanted to know what you all think. My doctor has me roomed applesauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, even finely chopped eggs.. Would you consider chilli to be part of this phase?

Well for me, soft foods were a totally separate phase from the mushy phase.

I could have chili if I put it through the blender during the mushy phase but I could have it normal during the soft phase.

hmm, interesting. I go from Protein shakes for 2 weeks to 2 weeks of mushy/soft foods then to solids. It's amazing how every doctor is so different. I'll have to check with my doctor and nutritionist.

Thanks Missy :)
