- November 5Th Sleevers?
Doing great trying to figure out this maintenance thing. I am struggling to stop losing weight. I am past goal down 90# since surgery, 119# since this journey began. My wife is having the surgery this Friday. Hoping everything goes as well as my surgery>- Can't stop losing
I agree I have been trying to stop for two weeks now. I have increased my caloric intake, and added more snacks(all healthy), I continue to lose. I'm at a healthy BMI and would like to stop losing but in my mind i think that if I'm not losing I must be gaining . I will up my calories this week again in hopes of finding the middle ground.- Surgery Questions
Drain tubes are put in during surgery and removed after(in recovery). I did not have a drain, some doctors don't use them. My wife is having the surgery next week inMexico and she will have a drain for one day.- do you still use a cpap ?
5 month post op and no more cpap!- Help! Calories consumed vs calories burned.
I some times burn more calories than I consume, I am at goal and still losing so I have up my carbs in the last two weeks . i would not increase anything unless you are having problems.i never increase calories based on what mfp says. I base it strictly on how I feel. Congrats on your hard work paying off!! Sorry the spreadsheet would not paste here correctly.- Best walking shoes?
I agree go to a running shoe store and get fitted. I purchased a pair of brooks and love them. I know everyone is different, it was a good investment.- 5 Months and at goal!
I track everything. I was taking in about 850 calories per day(just uped to 1000). I burn between 600-1400 calories a day exercising(strictly cardio). Eat Protein first and do one Protein shake a day. I have increased my calories due to increase in exercise. I really wanted to take advantage of the honeymoon period(first six months). Don't know if i will lose anymore or not. Just waiting to see where I will maintain..Good luck on your journey- 5 Months and at goal!
good luck tomorrow.. I too hope you do as well.. Who Dat!!!- 5 Months and at goal!

I went from a 46 to a 30, in 5 months- do you still use a cpap ?
Stopped 3 months ago- Nsv and all kinds of other victories!
First the nsv, I purchased 2 pair of jeans yesterday. The first time I can remember the inseam being the same as waist. I went from a 46x30 to a 30x30 and to top it off the jeans were slim fit (me slim fit). Then this morning I weigh in and I'm at goal 168#. I have a normal bmi, I can't believe this happened in less than 5 months. I'm also 20#lighter than my dr's goal!- NEW CHALLENGE - April Fool's Day (4/1/13) 3 Months 1/1/13-4/1/13
So excited! I'm below my personal goal! I weighed in this morning and I have a NORMAL bmi. I reached my personal goal in less than 5 months. I'm 20# lighter than my dr's goal. I love my sleeve!- DOES THE DOCTOR WEIGH YOU THE MORNING OF THE SURGERY...
The bed I was rolled into surgery had a scale on it. Maybe why some people thought they were not weighed- November 5Th Sleevers?
