  1. vERY QUICK Initial Consult September\ Got date in October Surgery november 5th. I have United Health Care insurance
  2. Two months out. Used dr treen, very satisfied. Michelle and Karen are the nurses and are very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him and his office. I go tomorrow for a follow up.
  3. You can use an app called picsart to do side by side pictures.
  4. I'll be two months post op tomorrow. Prior to the surgery I was taking three pills for bp, I now have a normal bp taking no pills. I also got rid of my cpap machine. I am down 78# since September and down 50 since surgery.
  5. Delta girl where are you from. I'm from new Orleans.
  6. For the first time in twenty years I'm no longer morbidly obese or obese just overweight. Sleeve on November 5th, down 48 since them total of 76 down. Did not make my new years goal, but this was a pretty cool realization.
  7. Missed goal by 3#. Weight loss slowed down , this week. Go to dr. next week want to lose those 3 and more hopefully. Would love to be under 200. Good luck everyone
  8. Down 47 # since surgery, 75# since consult. Slowed down this week, gonna have to amp up the workouts. 23# to goal! Looking forward to the new year.
  9. Dizzney i think everyone that has Treen must use Michelle. I like both Karen and Michelle. I go for my 2nd post-op viist on the 8th.
  10. Dizzney I'm down 44. Everything going good. Hit a stall last week but things seem to start moving again Saturday. Who do you deal with at dr treen,Michelle or Karen?
  11. Dizzney I was sleeved November 5th. By dr treen. I live 5 minutes from the hospital. I had a great experience with him and the staff.
  12. Shane I did this ride two years ago. It is a great ride. You definitely need to do some hill work for when you get close to Austin. I won't be able to do it this year. Good luck and enjoy..
  13. I also am six weeks out, and experiencing the same pain. It seems to get worse as the day goes on, or I've been doing a lot of physical work.

  15. I was sleeved Nov. 5th by Dr Treen at West Jeff. It has been great. It has been the easiest operation I have ever gone thru.His staff is very good. I'm one month out and have lost 30# since surgery another 30 prior to. I feel great about to start going to the gym. I just walk and play basketball as my exercise now.
  16. I'm one month post op and feel great. Want to know what you think about me playing basketball. We only play half court.
  17. Very nervous prior to surgery. i guess I read too many horror stories. Surgery was very painless for me. I am one of the lucky ones! Good luck tomorrow.
  18. Sw 278.8 DOS 249 CW 218.8 60# total, 30.2 since surgery. Feeling good!!!
  19. I have a good friend, he and his wife had wls. He had the band she the sleeve, they both did great. He is 5 years out and keeping his weight off. He is one of the few success stories from the band that I know. He told me if he could do it all again he would do the sleeve. It was an easy decision for me after that.
  20. I'm only one month out and i'm always freezing. I usually wear shorts when temp in 40's now its 45 and i'm freezing. Not good for someone that loves to hunt and be outside in winter.
