I've Cheated!
I've told everyone that asked me how I'm losing weight. Everyone has been positive so far. When people ask why I had the surgery or could you have just gone on a regular diet, I tell them I have and that I would lose weight but then put it back on. I tell them I was digging my grave with a spoon. My weight was going to kill me. So if I cheated, I cheated an early death!

24Hr Bike Rides
Yeah Butterthebean I already have decided I need to get a camelback. I need to really do more pre ride hydration.I'm hoping the surgery has already helped with some cramp issues. I've had no cramps since surgery, I normally get cramps somewhere everyday.see dr today hopefully he lets me get on my bike.

24Hr Bike Rides
I have the same concerns. More from a hydration issue. In April me and my brother biked across Louisiana. 350 miles in 4 days. I do cramp alot and drink plenty liquids. So now that I'm 2weeks post op I can't wait to get on my bike again. But I'm very nervous about food and water intake.

I also had my surgery yesterday. I was nervous the day before. I was released at 1 pm stopped at Wal-Mart on the way home. Of all three operations I've had in the past, this was by far has been the easiest. I've not had any pain medicine. The other I needed the meds. You wii be fine. Good luck
