Wow tomorrow start my liquid diet and 1/14/2013 is my surgery date. This was a great narrative....I enjoyed reading it!. You will not have to worry about any depression or therapy for depression because you have worked it out in detail. Great Job, Great journey and God bless.

I dont know how you didnt it. I have been on liquids for 3 weeks and today was my first encounter with soft food. (15 day post op down 19.8 lbs) I have been craving a burger so I cooked a 4oz turkey burger with a little mustard and a little light cheese no bread of course. The first small bit was was wonderful so I ate another, but it was that final bit that killed me total of 1.5oz . OMG I thought I would die it was like I had swallowed a whole melon. I was saying GOD please let me throw up, but instead it just sat there for 4 miserable hours I learned a great lesson know when you are full. "trial and error".

I have a 16 oz water bottle and I sip on it all day and keep refilling as need. I am 14 days post op. It is the same way I do the Protein.< /p>

Bad brownie eater BAD!!!!! We should flog you with brownies!!! The ONLY time I really get annoyed on here is when someone is talking about trying this and that after having specifically been told by their doctor that this and that isn't allowed, complains about being too busy or tired to exercise, them gripes because they haven't lost weight in 3 weeks. THAT makes me want to jab my eyeballs out!!!!
You should read the lap band boards....OMG talk about judgmental know it alls. It's Krazy!!!!

I am on my way to the hospital at 6pm UMPC Greenville PA, Dr. Christopher Meyers my surgeon... prep starts at 7:30am, surgery at 9:30am I cannot believe I am really doing this, but I have God on my side and if it is his will I see all of my surgery buddies on the losing side. God bless and good luck and a speed recovery and no complications and after surgery we can move from pre-op to post-op. I am praying for us all:

7th day on liquid diet after the first couple of day you are just numb and it doesn't even matter. No bowel prep today just Clear Liquids. ALL WE ALL HAVING FUN YET! LOL

OMG this Protein is so good "Chike Meal Replacement." Sorry today is first day of liquids I can't think of anything but food it is everywhere the aromas are driving me crazy, but I will not yield to the temptations. Get behind me you food demons. Ok I am out of control. LOL

Pre-op testing is 1/2/2012, liquid diet starts 1/7/2012 and the BIG DATE LET ME SAY IT AGAIN IS 1/14/2012. Yeah! I am all must there, just a few more hoops to go. LOL
