  1. I am so excited and inspired by you. I am also a bit jealous, but that is ok my time will come. Congrats!!!!
  2. I agree you just need to be patient and give your body a chance to heal. Sounds like you are doing great!! Congrats on your surgery!!!
  3. I cant speak for your doctor, but I was allowed decaf black . I now drink decaf with sf coffee mate. I would call your doctor to make sure. Congrats on your surgery!
  4. I have heard a lot recently about hair loss. I didnt have it from the surgery but I do have it from medicaation I have been on. Some of the people I have talked to said their hair did regrow back. Hope so for everyone dealing with it.
  5. Hope everythig is ok. Please let us know what happened. Best of luck!
  6. Omg i so agree with everyone else. This is not a once size fits all. i know someone who never needed a fill, some who needed a few and some who needed more. Is there another nurse at the practice? Please find somone to help you so you dont suffer. You have done so good!!
  7. Injury has 700 g sodium. That is a lot
  8. I think it's also harder for people who see you a lot to notice.
  9. I have experienced it. Some medications can cause it well what the dr said
  10. I agree sounds like too full to me also. I think I have gotten stuck once and because I wasn't paying attention.
  11. There are so many views about how often to weigh. I see many like to weigh everyday or twice a day. It would drive me crazy so weigh in once a week as well as set weekly goals. I know a gentleman in another group who has lost 250 lbs so far and he only weighs once a month at doctor visits. He likes the surprise. You just have to figure out what is best for you.
  12. I am curious what your doctors or nutritionist said about drinking these after healing. How much is ok to drink? The do have a good amount of sodium. I love the fruit punch and orange but hated the grape because it had a terrible after taste. Thanks for sharing!
  13. See how you overcame with your babies by setting the alarms? Just think of something maybe an alarm maybe something else to help you track. It will really help you so much in the log run. It is not a personality flaw. You will feel better about yourself and your future!
  14. Mis73- nothing like a dose of perspective!! Love your post !
  15. Your document has been quite successful. Just think if you had been charging!

I notice that when I don't eat a lot of crap I don't. Get cramps, diarrhea and my flow is much lighter so yes this can change your period. Also I don't know how old you all are but 40 plus you all know what that means.
  17. I understand. I have a friend who also received no after care. I would say maybe look to the people here who have had long term success and find out what they are doing. Most eat a cup each meal but everyone can be different. Can you call your doctors office and find out what they suggest? What about fills in the future? You sure have a lot to think about.
  18. There are lots of ways to get protein without eating meat. I suggest you meet with a nutritionist.
  19. The only problem I have with flying is fitting in a seat
  20. Sorry you are having trouble and hope you find a dr soon. Not sure if this will help but a girl in another group had a really bad stuck episode and the dr told her to take mylanta. I think mylanta has been pulled from the shelf because they are changing the formula. You can still get generic. I got mine cvs brand and the cherry is really good. Sorry I think she has a spastic esophagus. She was very uncomfortable but doing much better.
  21. Kiro try to measure all your portions and stop when done. Then if you are still hungry in a while maybe measure a smaller amount of a healthy snack. Make sure to track for your dr to see. Also make sure you are eating all solids as they will stay with you the longest . Hang in there.
  22. Its awesome you are seeing a nutritionist and you must weigh in to be accountable. I suggest you bring with you a copy of some days you have eaten. Mark how long you feel each meal kept you satisfied and also write down any questions you might have so you don't forget. Please let us know how it goes. You will be great just need to get back on track.
  23. Very important to follow your doctors guidelines at this point and not push yourself. Make sure to pace yourself. Congrats to your wonderful success.
  24. Happy birthday and congrats on your success!
