Woke up this morning with the most uncomfortable feeling were my band is, almost like if I had a huge lump of food stuck. I threw up and that came out was a brown/ black fluid. I am so scared.

My band slipped back in May, I think the emotional end was very difficult for me since I gained 59 pounds back in a few months partly due to my own choices. I have gotten my head back together and have lost half of what I gained. Prayers your way. Don't let this little hump in the road end your journey. It's jut beginning .
