I just realized that there are two weeks out of the month where I don’t know what I weigh (my scale is very inaccurate) My TOM can cause at least 2-3 pounds of water weight. And if I’ve been working out really hard, DOSMS (delayed on set muscle soreness) could cause water weight as well about 3-5 pounds. Interesting!!!! Towards the end of the month, my weight is back down to normal I can also see any additional weight that I’ve lost. Maybe I should divorce my scale because 2-3 weeks out of the month I have to rely on inches lost not my scale?
