  1. My advice as far as getting back on track is letting go of the guilt. It will just weigh you down. Get your doctor's guidelines and just get back on track. weigh and measure foods and track your days. I was banded 4 years ago lost some then gave up. Took me till This last October to get back on track. If I can do it anyone can. I have lost 95.2 so far and this time I know I will go all the way. Best of luck to you!!
  2. Everyone is different and every doctor is different. Stick to your guidelines and you will do great!
  3. I worked in a call center. I took a week as well.
  4. I am but I dont think its the band I think it s the weight I have lost. Fat is insulation.
  5. My stomach talks before I eat then again after I eat and then when I like in bed.

  7. I do wii cardio games. My favoriteis Golds gym cardio workout. If I had kids it would be something we could do together.
  8. Since my last fill I wake up really hungry. Then my appetite diminishes as the day progresses. I know that seems so backwards. Is anyone else like this?
  9. I am convinced I do not have a sweet spot. What I have learned on my journey is I am better off a little looser then tighter. I measure my foods so I know when to stop. If I am hungry between meals I drink water then if still hungry I eat a smart snack. Usually it only takes me a few bites to feel satisfied again.

  11. Can loosing weight to fast cause your band to slip? Any thoughts?
  12. I have chronic dry mouth and on bad days it causes my glands to swell.
  13. I think it depends how you cook it and for how long. I can see it could also be a problem for me so I will stay away for now. So many choices!
  14. Wendy's chilli doesn't sound like puréed to me. It has big chunks of beef in it.

  18. My doctor said you either will or will not have sagging skin. Please do not let this stop you from exercising. You will still do your body a lot of good.
  19. yeah if you are on full liquids you can have yogurt, pudding, apple sauce make sure to drink a lot of water too.
  20. As long as you are on full liquids or past.
  21. Did he totally remove everything? I would be looking for another doctor. I make sure I am, part of the recovery and management for any illness or procedures I have done. Dag what An SOB!
  22. Hope they take a smidge out. You will feel so much better. Not to mention you have to eat to lose.
