Am I allowed to eat pudding 3 weeks after the surgery or do I have to wait a month?

sugar free pudding...my nutrionist okayed it.

Mine also ok'd sugar free pudding!

As long as you are on full liquids or past.

Pudding was on my full liquids list.

After full liquids I advanced to Mushy and was allowed sugar free pudding. For me it can be a trigger food and I found I was eating too much at a setting and going back for me. So, I have to be careful of it.

did your doctor give you a hand out to what to eat or not to eat post op? if not, you need to contact them and follow their guidelines. on this forum we can only offer you what (our) doctors recommended, it may not be what yours wants. best to check with this as some as stated before me
