(((BIG HUGGS)))
  14. What great news..I'm so happy for you
  15. If you are PBing more then once a week you need a slight unfill..also if you PB you need to do liquids for atleast 24 hours or it causes a vicious cycle, you swell after a PB which could be why if you are eating agin you PB again...if you can not eat solids without PBing you are too tight in my opinion, if you are only eating soft foods and liquids to avoid a PB then you are to tight in my opinion.. If you are still losing weight, there is no need for a fill here is a great site about fills http://lapbandtransformation.com/Adjustments.htm
  16. http://lapbandtransformation.com/Adjustments.htm check out this link, it is on adjustments, maybe it will help you to decide...it helped me alot! Good Luck
  17. do the liquids for 2 days you may have agrivated your esophagus and stoma and have some swelling, if it is not better cal lyour doctor, having as little as .2 cc's removed will make a big difference which wil lstill leave you with .3 from your last fill, enough to be able to eat solids but yet still have restriction..if you can not eat solids without PBing you are too tight! The band was made to be able to strill eat solids when filled properely, no reason to rush things, this is a journey, not a race.!
  18. I agree w/ Vines, if you are PBing you neeed to ask why, is it you are too tight. ..or took too big of bite without chewing it properely, if it were me, no fills if I was PBing
  19. Bumping for the newbies...at the request of another LBT member
  20. Stretch Marks here..I stay tan al lyear round so they do not look so bad, my hubby says a woman with strecth marks is a sign of a real woman..I have them just as you described Nykee..try tanning a tan stretch mark looks better then a white or red stretch mark..trust me I had 3 boys all over 8lbs, one of them was 11.4 lbs got most of them from him and I only gained 21 lbs during that pregnancy I've learned to live with mine..like I said I keep a tan and it helps!
